Yellow-rumped Warbler

As much as I enjoyed every bird along the road, I hoped for warblers.

This Yellow-rumped Warbler was perched high in a spruce, making it difficult to get a good look.

But one May day in Canada, we got great looks as warblers flew past at arm’s length, some landing nearby.
